quiet, natural, held.
Travel to Ibiza is required for all intensive packages. Sessions are tailored to your needs—some focus on individual work, others integrate bodywork, meditation, or nature-based practices. We'll design the container together during our initial consultation.
You're encouraged to stay in Ibiza for the duration of your intensive (and ideally a few days after) to allow integration time. I can provide recommendations for accommodations, transport, and local resources.
