These powerful sessions guide you further into discovering the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviors that are keeping you from living life with full clarity, strength and courage. Each session is an exploration using a combination of dialogue, breathing practices, movement and meditation to take the client into a space of empowerment and greater freedom.
