“Working with Stephanie was truly amazing. I was feeling really unbalanced and fearful after the death of my father and could hardly get through the day without crying and lots of confusion.
An old trauma from childhood had come up and I was unable to piece together on my own even though I have done lots of therapy before what was coming up for me was stuck in my body and I couldn’t get to it myself to clear it.
Stephanie helped me tap into my body and work out where the fear was coming from an older scar that needed release. She helped me put the puzzle together and helped me re-ground and Center myself and heal it. And let it go. And except how it was then and that I didn’t need to carry it anymore. “With meditation, I have learned to pause.
To accept and to let go.
To be less judgmental about myself, less criticism towards myself, I learned how to breathe into compassion and to sit and stay present rather than going everywhere I could escape the pain.
I learned how to breathe and to breathe out and I also became less reactive less dramatic less everything.
Just be my self the way I am and to love the way I am, I’ve learned to speak my truth more rather than please everyone as I’ve been thought.
I feel also that doing it with Stephanie it has been a very deep experience because she works a lot with past traumas, and she taught me how to release them from my mind and my physical body.
As well if I feel challenged or frustrated I don’t need to run no more I can sit with it.
Past traumas are less present and the present moment is what matters.
