A personalised process of guided self-inquiry where the client becomes aware of current challenges, triggers and areas of concern.

Through compassionate inquiry the client uncovers and releases layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotions embedded in the body, that are at the root of all illness and addiction. 

These powerful sessions guide you further into discovering the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviors that are keeping you from living life with full clarity, strength and courage.

Each session is an exploration using a combination of dialogue, breathing practices, movement and meditation to take the client into a space of empowerment and greater freedom.

6:30 - 7:00 | Tea and Juice

7:00 - 8:00 | Morning Sunrise Meditation

9:00 - 10:00 | Breakfast

10:00 - 4:00 | Free time to relax or explore the island

4:00 - 6:00 | Afternoon workshop
